what makes

us different

We’ve been there.

With Stephanie’s experience working in HR & employment law and Kelly’s experience working as a tech employee & WoCo member, we are able to bring a unique viewpoint that most WoCo trainers and lawyers cannot...

we understand the context

(and challenges!) of running a WoCo in a large, global organization that innovates & works fast.

we have a network

that allows us to provide you with relevant insight & industry benchmarking that helps you stay ahead of the curve to come up with creative solutions that are win-win-wins for your business, your WoCo & your employees.

we’re deeply informed

by the Dutch legal system, the latest case law & upcoming EU legislation that is relevant to the tech industry.

we talk your talk

Not only are all of our trainings and services offered in English, but we also take a user-centric approach to everything we do. We apply the thinking you’re already familiar with at tech companies to solving problems in the context of the Dutch Works Council Act.
